the Uganda Registration Services Bureau Act Cap. 210. The Bureau is a key
player in commercial, Civil and Intellectual Property Rights Registration that
facilitate private sector development and vital statistics for national
planning.
Job Summary: The Office Attendant will provide support to all activities of the
office deployed to
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Opens and closes office
· Supervises cleaners
· Delivers and receives mails for the office
· Prepares and serves tea to staff
· Stamps the documents as required
· Carries out photocopying as required
· Ensures safety of office equipment
· Perform any other duties assigned by the
officers
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal applicant should at least hold a Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (A’
Level)
· Effective written and oral communication
skills in the English language
· A high-level integrity
