Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
·       
Implement and ensure on-going adherence to the
Vivo Energy Uganda Customer Services Model(CSM) standards, in CSC services,
processes, technology, quality assurance, performance management and competence
assessment.
·       
Manage staff performance and competence development.
·       
Manage CSC operating costs.
·       
Manage CSC KPIs and drive performance to meet
targets, including agreeing service levels for CSC services with the Class of
Business and ensuring alignment of these with the Customer Promise CVP.
·       
Drive continuous improvement in customer service
and operational efficiency, including reducing cost-to-serve while maintaining
expected service levels.
·       
Ensure contingency plans are in place to
maintain customer service despite disruptions in the operation.
·       
HSSE – Act at all times in accordance with the
Vivo Energy Uganda Statement Policy on Health, Safety and the Environment.
·       
To possess a thorough knowledge of the HSE – MS
and how it applies to staff, contractors and customers and their work
activities



Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·       
The ideal candidate for the Vivo Energy Customer
Services Manager career placement must hold a degree in Sales & Marketing
or related field
·       
At least three years of experience in Customer
Services
·       
Detailed oriented and ability to manage several
projects simultaneously.
·       
Extensive experience working with team members
of various backgrounds.
·       
Must possess a high level of professionalism and
integrity.
·       
Outstanding communication and results driven.
