Intuit QuickBooks accounting software, a reseller for Odoo ERP software and
reseller for many other utility software’s.
Job Summary: The core of this position
is the day-to-day running of the office, financial management and reporting and
performance of all administration functions of the company, including liaising
with supplier and statutory authorities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Carry out Financial Reporting
· Filling of periodic statutory returns (provisional and final)
· Prepare monthly payroll
· Maintaining
Bank Accounts
· Communication to Staff
· Manage Advances and
· Maintain office Equipment
· Maintain accurate asset register and inventory
· Manage sales commissions
· Ensure updated Systems
· Duly invoice clients, receive purchases (create purchase orders and manage
purchase process)
· Maintain inventory
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· Proficient in Accounting.
· Proficient in
QuickBooks.
· Thorough experience filing all manner of statutory returns.
· Good writing skills and a good command of English.
· Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
· Strong understanding of advance management
· Excellent Excel Skills
· Excellent time management
· Experience implementing software and training users
· Must be a team player, and quick learner
· Highly self-motivated
· At least Part II
qualifications in CPA and minimum 4 years’ experience in a busy
