About US:

RBM
Enterprise Solutions is Uganda’s authorized and most Valued Partner (MVP) for
Intuit QuickBooks accounting software, a reseller for Odoo ERP software and
reseller for many other utility software’s.

Job Summary: The candidate will be
solely responsible for Implementation and support of

QuickBooks
and Odoo ERP software for our client. The position therefore involves extensive
travel in and out of the country, which could also come abruptly, especially
Rwanda.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·       Meet clients and discuss client requirements

·       Translate requirements into written documents for client sign off

·       Report to management and to the client

·       Track projects and project timelines and budgets

·       Implement QuickBooks and Odoo software

·       Train and provide support to clients

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       Proficient in Accounting.

·       Proficient in
QuickBooks.

·       Thorough experience filing all manner of statutory returns.

·       Good writing skills and a good command of English.

·       Good interpersonal and analytical skills.

·       Strong understanding of advance management

·       Excellent Excel Skills

·       Excellent time management

·       Experience implementing software and training users

·       Must be a team player, and quick learner

·       Highly self-motivated

·       At least Part II qualifications
in CPA and minimum 4 years’ experience in a busy
