Reports to: Financial Controller
About US:
Vegol Limited manufactures and markets Best Fry vegetable
cooking oil, Crane laundry soap and Popco laundry soap, Sanyu family Bathing
Soap and Best Mandazi Baking Powder.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Participate in stock takes and assist in stock
reconciliations
·
Participate in booking of supplier invoices –
uploading scanned invoices in ERP system
·
Allocate receipts and reconcile factory outlet
sales accounts
·
Posting of Petty Cash transaction in ERP system
·
Posting of inventory transactions in ERP system
(EAS to TMO)
·
Assist in preparation of ad-hoc management
reports as shall be directed from time to time
·
Participate in end of month closure procedures
and monthly management reporting
·
Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly
supplier payments
·
Any other responsibilities that shall be
allocated from time to time
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in
Accounting/Finance or related from a recognized university Or Certified Public
Accountant – CPA (U)
·
A minimum of two years of experience in a
manufacturing organization
·
Computer Literacy skills i.e. proficiency in Ms
Word and Excel: Intermediate to Advanced level user, Knowledge of accounting
software/ERP software
