Job Title: Agency Sales Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Recruit, develop and
manage sales teams as guided by the Head of Retail.
· Drive the sales team to
ensure set sales targets are achieved.
· Undertake any other
responsibilities as may be guided from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The preferred candidate
should be in possession of a bachelor’s degree in any field or its equivalent.
· At least three years of
experience in Sales or sales related environment.
· Held a managerial/
leadership role of a sales force.
· Experience in general
insurance sales and knowledge on underwriting will be of an added advantage.
· Good communication
skills.
· Good interpersonal and
business relationship.
· Strong analytical and
management skills is key
