Job Summary:  The Customer Service NOC Engineer will be
responsible for providing shift-based support, ensuring maximum service
availability and performance on a 24/7/365 basis through effective Monitoring,
Event Management, Incident Management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The ideal applicant must hold a University
degree (BSc) Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (mechanical
/ electrical) or related field

·       
CCNA Certificate or Programming skills is an
added advantage

·       
A minimum of one year of progressively responsible
experience in an ISP environment

·       
Customer service and end user support experience

·       
Hold a valid passport
