Job Summary:  Very fast growing, innovative
implementation/Consulting partner of Salesforce seeking a VP of Sales and a
leader. This role will engage across all company divisions including Sales,
Marketing, Partner Alliances and Service Delivery. Cross-company engagement
will be essential. This is a great opportunity to build out a best in class
sales organization for well-established brand in an incredibly hot space –
Systems Implementation and Salesforce.com!

The ideal candidate

for a proven sales leader, ideally from the Salesforce.com, Systems
Implementation and cloud computing ecosystem, with great drive, strong energy,
thought leadership, and initiative to motivate team performance and sales.

We are building an
awesome company and this strategic role will be fully responsible for aligning
sales strategy and defining and implementing plans to achieve sales objectives.
You will work side by side with Sentegram’s CEO, Business Development team, Ops
Manager and marketing team to plan and execute on the key goals for the
remainder of FY2019 and beyond.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        
Lead and
manage a team of Sales Executives and complement the Business Development
resources selling consulting services and System/salesforce database
implementation to Salesforce prospects and customers.

·        
Drive
further growth and innovation as the premier consulting partner for Salesforce
in key focus areas including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (contact center),
marketing and health cloud and nonprofit success pack.

·        
Cultivate
and expand our awareness and business partnership with Salesforce Executives,
Account Execs, Service Cloud Co-Primes, SE’s and product leadership.

·        
Guide
and support direct reports through participation and leadership in client and
prospect meetings.

·        
Develop
and coach a winning team by working with Operations manager and the CEO through
hiring and training.

·        
Accurately
report on sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce.com

·        
Consistently
monitor team sales activity, and track key results

·        
Actively
lead and monitor demand generation activities

·        
Engage
at the C-level in enterprise customer organizations

·        
Successfully
develop required Corporate relationships and Executive engagement

·        
Be a
Sentegram evangelist in the Salesforce Community, and help us cultivate a
company culture of success and fun.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

·        
Proven
ability to create high performing sales teams and lead them to success

·        
Excellent
presentation and communication skills

·        
A
self-starter that can thrive in a fast paced and dynamic start-up environment

·        
The
ideal candidate will have experience as a Salesforce Sales Cloud, service
cloud, cloud computing products, AWS, Azure or sales leader in similar
positions at a Salesforce/IT Consulting firm.

·        
Bachelor’s
Degree and Salesforce.com experience (especially Sales Cloud) a big plus

·        
4+ years
of Sales Leadership Experience

·        
Ability
to write proposal or guide proposal writing

·        
Email
marketing experience. Exposure/knowledge of tools such as Marketo,
HubSpotc  is a plus
