Al-Futtaim Group in 2014. CMC
Motors Group Limited is a leading player in the East African motor industry
with exclusive distribution of Ford, Mazda, and Suzuki vehicles. CMC also
distributes UD, Eicher and MAN range of trucks (medium and heavy commercial)
and busses.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· The Tractor Sales
Manager is primarily responsible for delivering the agreed sales targets and
objectives as well as the overall oversight and control of the operation at
their respective brand to contribute to the achievement of the overall CMC
Group Ltd strategy.
· Drive the achievements
of agreed KPI targets of New Holland.
· Ensure a high level of
customer satisfaction is obtained by managing customer complaints and
implementing standards for displaying and merchandising new tractors as well as
all promotions
