The
Uganda Hotel and Tourism Training Institute is a parastatal company, wholly owned
by the government of Uganda, whose primary objective is to train and educate
personnel in the hospitality and tourism industry, to promote tourism and
deliver professional, sustainable services to tourists and promote the
profitability and sustainability of Uganda’s national tourist resources

Job Summary: The Supervisor F&B
is responsible for proper, effective and professional supervision/running area
jurisdiction.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       The ideal candidate must
hold either Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized University or
Institution. OR Diploma in Hospitality from a recognized University or
institution.

·        Must have three four years experience as a
Headwaiter or Captain or Assistant Supervisor food and beverage service from a
recognized Hotel
