Job Summary: To oversee the receiving, storage and issue of
stores, supplies and office equipment
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Supplies received,
recorded and stored;
· Requisitions and orders
received and stores issued accordingly;
· Stock levels of the
stores taken periodically
· Records of all stores
received and issued out kept
· Preservation, packing
and storage facilities maintained;
· Controlling and
Maintaining Inventory Levels
· Supervise loading and
offloading of supplies, materials, and tools to and from the stores.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The applicant should
hold Bachelors’ degrees or its equivalent in Procurement or Diploma in supplies
and stores management, or Procurement from a recognized institute/university
plus 3 years’ experience in the same field. A diploma in Accounting shall be of
an added advantage
· Excellent interpersonal/
communication skills
· Basic accounting
knowledge.
· Possess a strong
numerical skill.
· Concern for quality and
standards
· Time management
· Good reporting culture
· Information
Communication Technology (ICT)
