poverty, enhancing food and nutrition security, and improving natural resources
and ecosystem services. Its research is carried out by 15 CGIAR centers in close
collaboration with hundreds of partners, including national and regional
research institutes, civil society organizations, academia, development
organizations and the private sector.

Job Summary:  The enumerators will assist in data collection
during the survey of sweetpotato value chain actors in Mpigi and Masaka
districts.  They will be responsible for
collecting data in designated villages and markets through personal interviews
of farmers, traders, processors and consumers.

 Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  

·       
Attend training in data collection;

·       
Collect household, market, consumer data in
Mpigi and Masaka districts;

·       
Participate in regular team review meetings
during data collection;

·       
Submit specified number completed surveys
approved by team Supervisor and/or survey Coordinator.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The applicants must at least hold Bachelor’s
degrees or equivalent in agriculture, agricultural economics, statistics,
monitoring and evaluation, project management or other relevant social
sciences;

·       
Survey data collection with a national and/or international
research organizations. Experience in market/consumer surveys is an added
advantage;

·       
Use of tablets and/or electronic devices for
survey data collection;

·       
Working in rural and challenging conditions;

·       
Teamwork;

·       
Fluency in English & Luganda
