125 service stations across the country.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Create about 30 tomcard clients monthly

·       
Create client cards and arrange necessary
paperwork to be sent to customers after internal approvals

·       
Recharge customer cards and manage downloaded
credits for the pre-paid cards observing internal procedures and controls

·       
Transfer of balance from one card to another

·       
Managing blacklisting of stolen, lost and stop
cards for non-payment

·       
Compilation of data for card and subscription
fees invoicing

·       
Revalidation of expired/blocked cards

·       
Issuing of PIN codes to clients

·       
Updating the card stock report

·       
Assist in the filling of section documents

·       
Attending to the card centre calls in back
office

·       
Any other duty as may be assigned from time to
time

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The applicants for the TOTAL Card Assistant job
opportunity should hold a University degree in any discipline or its equivalent

·       
Two years of related work experience

·       
Basic Accounting knowledge

·       
Computer knowledge

·       
Good communication and customer care skills

·       
Administrative knowledge
