·       Degree in computer
Science/ Diploma in IT

·       Knowledge of hardware
& software installation.

·       Knowledge of
troubleshooting.

·       Basic knowledge of
access controls & CCTV cameras.

·       Ability to meet
deadlines under minimum supervising

·       Computer Literacy

·       Excellent communication
skill customer service oriented

·       At least five experience
in respective profession/industry
