Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Managing Employee records by ensuring that all
employees have key documents/requirements on file.
·
Recruitment of staff.
·
Training and staff development.
·
In charge of staff welfare.
·
Handling disciplinary cases and grievances in
line with stipulated company rules and policies.
·
Leave management for staff.
·
Performance management and keeping track of
staff appraisals.
·
Keeping track of staff contract expiry dates.
·
Managing medical insurance for staff.
·
Providing support to the Payroll Officer.
·
Providing HR related reports.
·
Develop, implement, review and communicate HR
policies.
·
Drafting correspondences for the HR Department.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The applicant must hold a Degree in Human
Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or any other relevant field.
·
At least three years of experience in a similar
position.
·
Ability to exhibit a high level of
confidentiality.
·
Knowledge of various employment laws and
practices.
·
Computer knowledge.
·
Must possess leadership and supervisory skills.
·
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
·
Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills.
