products, and over the years has become a leading service brand for consumer
electronics in South East Asia, Middle East and Africa. Currently,
Carlcare is providing full-service support for TECNO, Itel, & Infinix three
worldwide famous mobile phone brands.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Responsible for providing expertise & fulfillment of recruitment
needs across the office in a timely manner
·
Effective management of SAP System
·
Ensure effective use of a number of systems and tools, including Annual
Leave System, Attendance System, etc
·
Ensure on-boarding process is conducted accurately and smoothly with
effective Orientation Program
·
Ensure the use of Psychometric assessments are consistent and engaged
·
Conducting market mapping using a variety of tools and actively
approaching candidate
·
Production of timely and accurate reports relating to all engaged tasks
·
Continuously looking for opportunities to innovate and demonstrating best
practice at all times
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s
in business related course
·
At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role
·
Ability to work under pressure and with
minimum supervision
