Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·       Implement and many
Performance Management to ensure employees and learn to understand the goals of
the organization
·       Identify how individual
and team outputs compute to the achievement of the company’s objectives
specifically through managing the performance cycle and make appropriate
·       Work in liaison with key
stakeholders. HODs, to establish and support the link between strategic
business and people’s day-to-day actions and tasks by implementing a process
for tracking progression them goal setting mid-year reviews and end of year
·       Ensure targeted under
and capacity building programmes in the performance management process.
·       Contribute to the
design, implementation and management of elective Recognition Programs to
reward staff contributions.
·       Contribute to the
implementation and management of leadership and employee development and talent
mange maintenance
·       Coordinate
organization-wide performance training capacity building
·       Oversee the implementation
of key performance measures, com competencies and core values into performance
appraisal system.
·       Lead, manage and monitor
the design, implantation and protective use of 360-degree feedback process
·       Ensure KRAs and KPls are
defined for all based on the organizations goal and compile PMS data for annual
salary review
·       Identify training needs
through the performance management system and directly from department heads
and assist identifying and sounding for external trainers required to do
trainings and negotiate good sales

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·        Experience working in a strict performance
driven environment.
·       At Least 5 years in
general HR price
·       Passionate about helping
people and grow
