Job Title:     Receptionist / Assistant
Cashier

Carewise Laboratory and Diagnostic center is a registered
private human diagnostic facility that offers a wide range of Laboratory
diagnostics, Ultra Sound scan and X-ray services. Being in an environment that
offers multidisciplinary approach to healthcare challenges, the facility
employs professionals from various backgrounds that suit specific departmental
roles.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Receiving clients and assisting them find their
way around the facility

·       
Preparing meetings and training schedules

·       
Receiving, screening and forwarding phone calls

·       
Provide excellent customer service

·       
Scheduling appointments

·       
Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks

·       
Receiving payment by cash, cheque, credit cards,
vouchers, or automatic debits.

·       
Issue receipts, credits, or change due to
customers

·       
Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas

·       
Maintain an updated sales inventory after
reconciliation

·       
Compute and record totals of daily transactions

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, international business, Accounting & Finance or
its equivalent from a recognized University/institution

·       
One year of experience in customer care position
and/or financial related work

·       
Good computer skills and excellent customer care

·       
Good communication and interpersonal skills

·       
Integrity, professionalism ‘and good accounting
skills
