In Uganda, we are a major player in the Oil and Gas sector with 125 service
stations across the country.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
Supervise all activities within the distribution
domain, for white products, LPG and lubricants

·       
Monitor the daily performance of distribution
and coordinate pre-planning of deliveries to meet customer orders

·       
Monitor efficiency of distribution and use of
trucks.

·       
Ensure efficient dispatch process of all
products in a cost effective way so as to guarantee full quality and customer
satisfaction.

·       
Maintain dispatch KPIs

·       
Ensure daily invoicing of all products dispatched.

·       
Participate in month end reconciliation with the
various depots and ensure timely invoicing of all products for a smooth month
end closure.

·       
Implementation and follow-up on “where is my
truck” WMT Application

·       
Provide support to other functions within the
Customer experience section if requested.

·       
Other similar duties as assigned by the
hierarchy.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The applicants for the TOTAL Distribution
Coordinator job opportunity should hold a University degree in
Statistics/Business Administration/ Engineering/ Transport and Logistics or any
related field

·       
Two years’ experience in a related role

·       
Effective communication and listening skills
(language, vocal expression, etiquette) and team player

·       
Good computer skills

·       
Highly developed safety consciousness.

·       
Autonomy, self-motivation, loyalty, involvement,
good inter-personal skills and good managerial skills.

·       
Display time flexibility towards shifts as per
work floor requirements.
