Top Finance Bank
(TFB) was registered on 14th June 2012 as a company limited by shares to
provide financial services in Uganda. The Bank obtained Credit institution
License from Bank of Uganda on 8th September 2014, becoming the 4th Tier II
Financial Institution in Uganda, The license allows TFB to accept deposits and
advance credit facilities within Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Developing
appropriate audit tests aimed at addressing identified IT risks and achieving
the desired audit objectives.
·
Carry
out continuous audits to ensure that daily systems postings are adequately authorized
and documented as appropriate.
·
Verify
automated transaction postings for correctness, completeness, and accuracy.
·
Evaluate
compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
·
Providing
advisory services on all key levels of systems development life cycle and
acquisition process on all information Technology Systems and modules deployed
in the Banks ICT environment.
·
Investigate
cases of fraud and malpractices as per request from senior management and the
Board of Directors.
·
Perform
any other duties that may he assigned by the Head Internal Audit.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The applicant
must hold a Degree in Computer Science.
·
Knowledgeable
about IT security and IT general controls.
·
Previous
experience in banking and financial institutions.
·
ISA
Certification is an added advantage.
