economic growth. They are recruiting for their client, A Four Star Reputable
Hotel in the suburbs of Kampala

Job Summary:  The Digital Media Controller is directly
responsible for income generation through developing strong and innovative digital
marketing strategies to drive traffic to the hotel website and social media
pages and generate interest in the hotel products and services, upload images
for the hotel website.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·      
Research new online media opportunities that may
benefit the business through social media.

·      
Contribute to social media engagement and brand
awareness campaigns

·      
Contribute to company and industry blogs and
manage e-communications.

·      
Keep up to date with current digital trends.

·      
Develop engaging online content including
videos, graphics and blogs

·      
Keep abreast of new social media sites, web
technologies and digital marketing trends

·      
Develop and update online promotion packages of
hotel product and services.

·      
Update sales team and management of online guest
feedback.

·      
Provide online leads to the sales team.

·      
And any other duties in line with this position
that may be assigned under the company’s discretion.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·      
The ideal applicant must hold  a Diploma/degree in Advertising or marketing,
Google AdWords, Content management systems.

·      
Excellent customer service knowledge with strong
attention to details.

·      
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·      
Creativity and Innovation skills.

·      
Confidence, patience and politeness when dealing
with complicated online comments.

·      
At least  one year of experience in the same role
