Job Title: Coating Accountant and Inventory

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Analyze the
manufacturing costs, prepare regular daily reports , considering
the cost of procurements from various locations
· Prepare daily cost sheet
for production and report for our energy and overhead employed in production
and also at company level.
· Analysis variances for
inventory and production, editing areas of improvement and stating new or
adjust existing inventory control procedures and practices
· Review standard cost for
accuracy, maintain and improve processes and controls associated with
manufacturing costs and inventory valuation
· Manage excess and obsolete
inventory Raw Materials, review process Prepare and complete production
Internal Cost A.
· Recommend cost
efficiencies new product layouts starting from procurements up to finished
goods level
· Assist in SAP
implementation along with future system enhancements
· Conduct physical
memories and monitor cycle count programme
· Prepare various
financial analysis related to manufacturing costs, inventory and expense
information for various customers as needed for decision making support.
· Assist in developing and
documenting policies and procedures, inducing system requirements and internal
controls
· Control and cost
efficient planning of plant maintenance annual budget and fund planning
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· ICWA CACCA CPA
· Must have worked in a
manufacturing company, preferably agro commodity.
· Conversant with supply
chain.
