Job Summary: The Accounts Relations
Manager (ARM) will be responsible for the execution of the day-to-day
activators of the company in efficient and effective manner. He/She will be
reporting to the Board of Directors (BOD).
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage client accounts
including marketing, advising, follow up Bank relation relations
· Manage general office
administration and operations duties to compliance with policies and
regulations. Prepare and submit monthly performance reports to the BOU, and all
other stakeholder reporting requirements
· Participate in the
strategic and business planning, and measure performance of the organization.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The idea candidate
candidate should be a graduate of economics, Commerce, Business Administration
or relevant degree
· skills in taming in MS
Office, Tally/Financial Management, Customer Care, reporting
· At least one (1) year in
credit or sales will be an added advantage
