Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·       Supervision of building
works

·       Keen eye for quality of
works

·       Monitor material usage
and keep the PM updated and informed for material requisitions

·       Possess good
problem-solving skills

·       Effective management of
labour on site

·       Knowledge of HSE
policies, guidelines and regulations

·       Good communication
skills

·       Ability to take and
implement site instruction from the Project Manager

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       The ideal applicant  must have Diploma in Civil or Building
Engineering

·        Possess three to five years’ experience in a similar
position
