Africa, with operational offices in Kampala, Nairobi and Kigali. We are
sourcing for a qualified and competent individual to fill the following key
position for one of our Clients, a regional Commercial Bank with branches
across the country.
Job Summary:
Job
Summary: The position is responsible for sales and marketing of bank products
and services across the country. Other responsibilities include: planning and
organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers,
attending field activations for client sourcing, monitoring competition by
gathering current market place information, ensuring client KYC documentation
is well done, attending to customer queries and complaints and preparing daily
performance reports.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Achieve set targets. (Accounts, Personal Loans, Deposits, Agency
Banking/E – Channels)
·
Field activations and customer visits.
·
Attend Bank organized sales and marketing activations.
·
Adherence to Bank policies for both business and operations efficiency
·
Customer service
·
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops, establishing personal networks, participating in professional
societies
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any field preferably
business related
·
Any Professional Qualification with a business bias
