Commercial Bank and the leading provider of housing finance solutions with a
vision to be the preferred consumer and business bank with a focus on housing
finance.

Job Summary: To promote, market and sell Bank products and services
with the objective of ensuring increased usage of services and growth in number
of customers, savings and loan portfolio.

Key
Duties and Responsibilities: 

·       Directly market and sell Bank products and services to
potential and existing customers in the bank’s core market segment in line with
the set targets.

·       Take financial services closer to the people through
sensitization and offering door to door account opening exercises in line with
bank policy and KYC guidelines.

·       Periodically generate and update data bases for
potential customers and liaise with branch manager for appropriate follow up
action to bring such customers on board.

·       Conduct daily market intelligence on competitors and
submit bi-weekly reports to the Branch manager.

·       Carry out sales promotions, attend trade shows and
exhibitions and any other events and ensure effective promotions of our bank’s
services and products.

Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:

·       The ideal candidate must be a holder of an honors
degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Quantitative Economics and
Business Statistics or any other related field from a recognized University.

·       Should have a good record of sales experience of not
less than one (1) year.

·       Should be passionately committed to delivering quality
service.

·       Should be self-driven, assertive and pro-active.

·       Have excellent coordination and organisational skills.

·       Good networking competences with good communication
skill

·       Ability to exercise the highest level of integrity and
confidentiality

·       Ability to evaluate customer needs and determine how
Housing Finance can best meet these needs.

·        Strong
relationship building skills.

·        Good
negotiating and selling skills.
