Job Summary: The Protection Assistant –
Reception Center Point will responsible for conducting a range of protection
activities, including information provision, regular participatory protection
assessments of potential/ selected beneficiaries and organization and
implementation of community-based activities, such as life-skills and
recreational activities at the Reception Center.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

·      
The applicant for the American Refugee Committee (ARC) International –
Alight Protection Assistant – Reception Center job must hold a Bachelor’s degree
in Social work, Social Sciences, Community Psychology, Adult and Community
Education and Development studies.

·      
Two years of experience in working on Child Protection issues with an
INGO

·      
Strong experience working with vulnerable people including survivors of
GBV and victims of child abuse.

·      
Fluency in Swahili and ability to ride a Motorcycle with a valid license
(Class A) is an added advantage.
