Assistant (No Experience Jobs)

Duty Station: Uganda
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Transact mobile money business
·
Ensure records are kept well
·
Attends to customer complaints and refer
complicated complaints to the necessary officials
·
Ensure higher level customer care and customer
satisfaction
·
Market the business within the District and
outside the district
·
Make bank transactions and other transactions
using a pay way machine
·
Attend to bank officials with integrity, dignity
and diligence
·
Be responsible for businesses growth from time
to time
·
Ensure security and safety for the resources and
funds within his/her reach
·
Time management and customer care is priority
·
Ensure proper accountability for any funds
within operation and other allocated funds
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The applicant must hold an O’ Level certificate
with at least 5 passes of which two should be in English and mathematics
·
Prior training in entrepreneur or accounts is an
added advantage
·
Good integrity and trustworthiness are requirements
·
Possession of a National identity card is a must
·
Being within or having prior experience within
the operational district(s) is an added advantage
·
Prior experience working with similar business
is added advantage
·
Religious affiliation is of no concern in the
recruitment process
·
Age: Above 18 – 30 years
