Job Summary: To
provide the day to day HR operational support to the organisation therefore
facilitating the achievement of the overall goals
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Manage/Coordinate the Recruitment process end to end
  • Organize new employee orientation, on boarding and training programs
  • Manage the process of payroll preparation
  • Regular reporting on HR Metrics to the Managing Partner
  • Update of internal databases eg Leave, performance management
    records, etc
  • Liaise with external partners/Vendors and ensure legal compliance
  • Organise and maintail personnel records
  • Coordinate the Performance Appraisal Cycle
  • Provide Solutions/Answers to employees queries around HR related
    issues



Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree
  • At least three years of experience in a Similar role
  • Post graduate diploma in HR Management or equivalent is an added
    advantage
  • Experience with HR Software or HRIS
  • Good understanding of the Uganda Labour Laws
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal Skills
  • Good organizational skills
