Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· The HR department is a small one but staff are many
and they have many issues so it is your responsibility to resolve all issues on
time and to ensure that all staff are happy.
· Administrative duties such as Staff files being
updated, getting monthly approvals, ensuring that technicians have safety gear,
getting loans/ leave/ increments approved is part of your scope.
