Job Summary: The House Keeper Supervisor
will Supervise and maintain the hotel rooms’ cleanliness, comfort and tidy
environment for the guests
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure guests are met with a feeling of welcome, comfort, and security,
·
Provide the best accommodations rooms for our guests.
·
Exceed expectations in all operations from cleanliness to customer
service.
·
Oversee the cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, stairways, and
lounges
·
Organize work schedule from the room status list, arrivals and departures
·
Oversee the distribution of linen, towels and room supplies and replacement of dirty linens with clean
items by the team
·
Restock room supplies such as drinking glasses, soaps, shampoos, writing supplies,
mini bar in line with hotel policy
·
Inspect and turn mattresses regularly, check all appliances in rooms to
ensure they are working properly
·
Monitor guest laundry bags and replace laundry bags and slips
·
Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout
·
Respond to guest queries and requests
·
Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills, broken glasses
·
Oversee delivery of requested housekeeping items to guest rooms
·
Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms
·
Follow all company safety and security procedures
·
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
·
Observe and report damage of hotel property
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma or equivalent qualification
preferred
·
At least five years of working knowledge in cleaning and sanitation
products, techniques and methods
·
Knowledge of cleaning sensitive materials
·
Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
·
A mature stable person with settled family will be preferred
·
Ability to meet performance standards without supervision
·
Good communication skills / ability to listen and ask the right questions
to gain clarification
·
Integrity and high ethical standards
·
Reliability and good time-keeping
·
Attention to detail
·
Good customer service / focus
·
Adaptability, planning and organizing
·
Excellent team work spirit
