Job Title:  General Manager (Female )

Organisation: Lily’s  Supermarket

Duty Station: Juba,
South Sudan

Reports to: Deputy
Executive Manager

Salary range:  300-1200 USD

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate must have experience in supermarket management
  • Should have at least 2-3 years working experience
  • Should possess good communication skills
  • Should have good leadership skills
  •  Understanding of basic retail
    concepts
  • Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and
    changes in strategies
  • Willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance
