Job Title:            Data Analyst Activity Manager

Job Summary:  The Data Analyst Activity Manager will create,
review and adapt data collection tools, with the support of the regional
Epidemiologist.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·       
To create, review and adapt data collection
tools, with the support of the regional Epidemiologist

·       
To coordinate the development, implementation
and follow up of standard operating procedures for documentation

·       
Develop and implement data quality assurance
methods

·       
Provide 
technical support  to the medical
and data team 

·       
Provide technical support to establish
monitoring tools for new activities initiated

·       
Implement detailed analysis of recorded data for
key indicators for projects in order to facilitate the definition, redefinition
or reorientation of project activities.

·       
On a monthly basis and in collaboration with the
medical team, review summary reports on analyzed data for both MoH and MSF

·       
Support in the preparation of MSF internal
routine medical data presentations

·       
Manage and supervise the work of the data team
in all projects for quality assurance.

·       
Participate in operational strategic meeting
defining projects and missions orientations.

·       
Define indicators and data to be collected at
field level and ensure that those data allow a proper monitoring of priorities
/ objectives defined for each activity & project.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       
The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or
MA in Statistics, Epidemiology or Public Health with extensive training in
Statistics and Epidemiology.

·       
Two years of experience in M&E / Data
management

·       
Previous experience in HIV/TB information
management

·       
Advanced knowledge of Excel, knowledge of data
bases ( including modules on data base architecture, statistics, epidemiology),
statistical packages; STATA, SPSS, SAS

·       
Desirable knowledge of MoH parameters

·       
People Management and Development,  Behavioral Flexibility, Results and Quality
Orientation, Teamwork and Cooperation
