Job Title:            Branch Operations Manager

Reports to: Branch
Manager.

About us:

BRAC Uganda Bank Limited, is
a credit institution in Uganda. In April 2019, the institution received a Tier
II Financial Institution Licence, which authorized it to operate as bank,
supervised by the Bank of Uganda, the national banking regulator.

Job Summary: The Branch Operations Manager will be Directing,
supervising and monitoring all operational activities, and implementation of
approved policies and procedures..

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·       The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelors Degree

·       Should have strong managerial and interpersonal skills
coupled with crisis management and decision making skills in order to handle
field operations

·       Good knowledge of operations

·       At least three years of working as a supervisor in a
financial institution
