FRES (Foundation Rural Energy
Services) is a nonprofit organization that fosters rural electrification in
developing countries by setting up small-scale commercial electricity companies
in areas without a connection to the national electricity grid
Job Summary: The Field Relationship
Managers will manage the field Teams in executing customers satisfaction
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·       Coordinate field activities at the energy stores with
the FRES teams and local agents, planning and organizing daily field activities
to ensure customer retention and growth.
·       Enhance field teams‘ accomplishments and competence by
planning delivery of solutions. answering technical and procedure questions for
less experienced sales team members and ensure delivery on the set targets
·       Discover and pursue new sales prospects and maintain
customer satisfaction at the ESs implementing sales strategy in the Energy
Store to ensure client growth for the sustainability of both the Energy Store
and the Company.
·       Evaluate the credibility and sustainability of the
·       Monitoring of client payments trends and control of
the non payment rate.
·       Client and community relations by establishing good
relations ship with stakeholders.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·       The ideal applicant must hold a Degree in business
administration or humanitarian studies from a recognized institution
·       Previous experience in a business environment and
sales in the Solar industry will be added advantage.
·       Minimum age of 28 years
·       Ability to communicate with clients including
listening and asking relevant questions
·       Ability to give appropriate guidance and feedback to
·       Ability to analyze customer eligibility
·       Ability to negotiate and sell solar Horne systems
·       Ability to work in a team and communicate with members
·       Ability to work under pressure to meet targets with
minimum supervision
·       Flexibility and ability to work in rural areas under
difficult circumstances
·       Good understanding of Solar Home Systems and
electrical principles
·        Very good level
of integrity and honesty
