access locally owned, high-quality services.

We
are on a journey of becoming Alight, a new platform of amazing people and an
organization providing lifesaving services and creating breakthrough solutions
for and with the displaced. For the past 40 years, we’ve called ourselves
American Refugee Committee, an organization known for providing quality care to
millions of Refugees worldwide. But the truth is, we serve many different
people – to include Refugees, Trafficked people, Displaced people, and
Marginalized and Host communities too. Through all the years and conversations,

again – Refugee is not a label we want. We’re listening. And now, we’re taking
off the nametag American Refugee Committee and becoming Alight.
