institutions.”

Job Summary: The Team Leader is responsible for developing,
supporting and promoting an environment of a high level performing Debt
Collection Unit.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·      
The ideal applicant must hold a Degree in a
business related field. Credit Administration knowledge and experience is an
added advantage Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis is
essential and mandatory.

·      
At least f 3 years working experience at
supervisory level in quantitative results oriented performance environment
within the financial sector
