About the Job:
Palladium seeks Kampala—based
staff for its newly awarded Uganda Health Systems Strengthening (UHSS) Project.
The purpose of the UHSS Project is to strengthen Uganda’s health system through
improved leadership and accountability for results in public and private health
sectors. All staff must be fluent in written and spoken English and able and
willing to travel frequently within Uganda. Experience on USAID-funded
contracts is highly desired.
Job Summary:  Under the direction of the F&A Director,
s/he will work in collaboration with the Operations Manager to support the
development of solicitation documents for quotations, proposals, and bids. S/he
will arrange financing and payment for purchases in collaboration with the
accountant and will maintain and ensure proper procurement filing in accordance
with Palladium and USG requirements.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related field required.)
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience supporting
procurements for US Government contracts.
Thorough knowledge of USAID procurement rules
and regulations required.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
