Job Summary: The
Operations Manager will perform professional security and administrative duties
necessary for the efficient operation of the security personnel of Corporate,
including, but not limited to, the planning, conducting and monitoring of all
operations occurring within Corporate. The jobholder will coordinate the
activities and duties of security personnel and branch managers and manage
client relationship for all company clients. The jobholder will conduct investigations
and evaluations.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·               
The
applicant must hold a degree or diploma in Security Management

·               
Broad
knowledge and understanding of the private security industry in Uganda

·               
At least
ten years of security experience especially at management level

·               
Good computer
skills

·               
Prior counseling
experience is desired

·               
Age:  40-55 years
