Job Summary: The Accountant shall support the Finance and
Administrative Manager by performing clerical tasks, including processing and
recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications
with clients and vendors, fact checking, filing, and other duties, as needed. .
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of petty cash transactions.
- Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
- Bank Reconciliations
- Proper record keeping
- Preparation of statutory accounts.
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any
queries. - Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
