Job Summary:  The job holder is responsible for the
successful implementation and completion of identified projects in line with set
business objectives such as growth of customer numbers and realization of
revenue targets..

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        
Drive the roll out and execution of strategies
for identified business projects.

·        
Manage the supervision of project officers,
ensure timely delivery of all projects’ deliverables

·        
Drive assigned branch profitability and revenue
growth through planning, execution and management of projects.

·        
Enforce compliance of all regulatory and policy
guidelines on customer on boarding

·        
Ensure technical readiness and timely
interventions to facilitate seamless business projects’ operations

·        
Linkage with the relevant development partners to
support the bank’s drive of financial inclusion for all.

·        
Advise the bank on new products and services
suitable for the business projects beneficiaries

·        
Oversee activities the of site branch and
outreach activities as required from time to time.

·        
Identify new viable and sustainable potential
projects and eco-systems of interest to the bank’s strategic direction

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·         Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
from a recognized university

·        
5 years’ General banking experience inclusive of
2 years at supervisory / Management level

·        
Strong consultative, analytical and
problem-solving skills with the proven ability to manage large projects.

·        
Strong management skills with the ability to
influence others

·        
Excellent interpersonal/communication and
presentation skills

·        
Ability to multi-task effectively.

·        
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project
Management Software

·        
Excellent communication skills, both oral and
written
