About the Job:

Palladium seeks Kampala—based
staff for its newly awarded Uganda Health Systems Strengthening (UHSS) Project.
The purpose of the UHSS Project is to strengthen Uganda’s health system through
improved leadership and accountability for results in public and private health
sectors. All staff must be fluent in written and spoken English and able and
willing to travel frequently within Uganda. Experience on USAID-funded
contracts is highly desired.

Job Summary:  Under the direction of the F&A Director,
s/he will oversee all aspects of the IT infrastructure for smooth functioning
of the UHSS office and provide IT support for project staff. S/he will
establish and maintain the IT network of the office and identify and
troubleshoot any IT related matters.

Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:

·        
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,
Computer Science or related field required.

·        
Minimum of three (3) years of network
administration and IT related experience.

·        
Proficiency in working with SharePoint, Windows,
and Microsoft Office suite required.

·        
Strong knowledge of wireless and wired LAN
technologies protocols, programming and network security.
