Job Summary:  The Head of Manufacturing will be responsible
for overseeing all manufacturing operations at Movit Products Limited to ensure
production meets the required deadlines, quality standards and is completed
within the operational budget.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 

·        
Create and implement best practice manufacturing
vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve
business performance;

·        
Ensure that manufacturing strategies and
processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs;

·        
Evaluate the challenges faced by the business
and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities under the
manufacturing function;

·        
Ensure that the company’s short-term and
long-term action plans are implemented on operational and functional levels;

·        
Review and execute all production and
manufacturing plans in line with business demands;

·        
Oversee the Quality Control function for the
business and implements all manufacturing quality policies and procedures;

·        
Oversee the development and implementation of
all production and supply chain strategies, policies and procedures;

·        
Manages the functional plans and budget to
ensure smooth running of the manufacturing function;

·        
Oversee the staff and the process to ensure
safety procedures are followed and safety performance goals are met; and

·        
Manage the performance and engagement of entire
Manufacturing Function.

Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:

·        
A Master’s degree in business administration or
a related field;

·        
A Bachelor’s’ degree in Production Engineering,
Procurement , Supply Chain Management or any other related field;

·        
A Post graduate diploma in Production,
Procurement or Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS)
Qualification;

·        
A minimum of ten (10) years working experience
in a manufacturing organisation, five (5) of which should have been at similar
management level.

·        
Extensive knowledge of end to end supply chain
and production processes including manufacturing, procurement, inventory
controls and logistics;

·        
Ability to manage multiple external and internal
the supply chain stakeholders;

·        
Strong negotiation and influencing skills;

·        
Strong analytical, financial and project
management skills

·        
A track-record of managing and developing a pool
of supply chain talent.
