Job Summary:
The Legal Officer will oversee all legal issues and provide guidance on the
development and monitoring of processes to ensure full compliance in all
business operations. .

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing
advice on operational laws to the business.

·       
Providing
general legal advice and services to Tayari.

·       
Providing
advice on operational / legal issues at

·       
Drafting
and reviewing company documents for any legal implications that may impact the
company among others.

·       
Policy
development
