Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees all revenue received from students on University
- Manage monthly revenue from other sources such as electricity,
water, rent, money generating projects, etc. - Compiles the monthly figures for management accounts reports
- Assist the CFO in managing all aspects of management accounting
- Be responsible for preparing management accounts
- Be responsible for recording, processing and posting all
transactions relating to all University Projects - Reviewing bank reconciliations
- Coordinate external audits.
- Be in charge of payables
- Do overall supervision of the Annual Stocktaking
- Carry out any other function that may be required by relevant
authorities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The candidate should possess a relevant Bachelor’s Degree (or its
equivalent). A Master’s Degree is an added advantage. - S/he should have enrolled for ACCA /CPA and completed all subjects
in level 2. - A minimum of two years of experience within the accounting field.
- S/he should be conversant with accounting software like Quickbooks,
Tally etc. - S/he should have satisfactory record of service to the Community.
- S/he should have soft skills and high Degree of integrity.
