Conference of the Catholic Bishops of Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assisting the Vice Chancellor in the performance
of his functions.
· Be the Chief Operations Officer responsible
for matters relating to finance and administration.
· Be responsible for the planning and
management of the financial, human and material resources of the University.
· Performing such other functions that may be
delegated by the Vice Chancellor or assigned by the University Council.
· Be responsible for non-academic functions of
the Management, development and growth of the University.
· Be the Chairperson of the Internal Finance
Committee
· Be the Chairperson of the Staff Development
Committee.
· Be Chairperson of the Internal Finance
Committee.
· Be the Chairperson of the Staff Disciplinary
Committee;
· Be the Chairperson of the Students’
Scholarship Committee
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The applicant must be a PhD holder.
· A minimum of eight (8) years at a managerial
level in a reputable organisation and a satisfactory record of service to the
community.
· The candidate should have good interpersonal
and communication skills.
· This position requires a high level of
integrity, soft skills and confidentiality.
· S/he should be a team player and a witness to
values
