Job Summary: The Territory
Supervisors will Scalable product uptake through proper management of field
sales agents and agent retention.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
·        
Recruitment,
training, motivation, coaching, performance management and retention of Field
Sales Agents.
·        
Ensuring
that he/she retains a minimum of 20 Sales Agents.
·        
 Identifying new business opportunities in
order to present, promote and sell aYo products and ensure scalable uptake.
·        
Establish,
develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
·        
Deep
dive into and res0olve customer problems and complaints in order to maximize
satisfaction and customer retention.
·        
Achieve
agreed upon sales targets within the time lines
·        
Coordinate
sales efforts with team members and other departments
·        
Analyze
the territory/market’s potential and provide effective roll out plans.
·        
Provide
customer feedback about needs, problems, interests and market intelligence.
·        
Assist
the Sales Lead in planning, forecasting and management of the territory 
·        
Represent
the company at trade shows and marketing activities
·        
Build
exclusive rapport with the aYo partners’ foot print, service Centers and
connect stores in order to leverage upon the presence and visibility in the
territory to grow the business.
·        
Submit
accurate and timely daily, weekly and monthly reports

Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
·        
The
ideal candidate must hold A bachelor s degree in business administration,
Sales/ Marketing or the equivalent.
·        
At
least 1 years work experience as a sales Supervisor and DST management
·        
Ability
to manage a minimum of 20 Field Sales Agents
·        
Excellent
knowledge of MS Office
·        
Highly
motivated and target driven with a proven track record.
·        
Excellent
selling, communication and negotiation skills
·        
Excellent
people management skills
·        
Prioritizing,
time management and organizational skills
·        
Ability
to create and deliver presentations tailored to the business and audience needs
·        
Relationship
management skills and openness to feedback
·        
Experience
in Micro Insurance sales, Micro Finance and/or telecom sales  is an added advantage
·
