is a private international development company that works for bilateral and
multilateral donors and the private sector to manage projects in developing
countries.
About USAID Project:
 Chemonics is seeking to implement an
anticipated five year, $35 million USAID Social and Behavior Change for
Transformation (SBC4T) project in Uganda. SBC4T aims to promote adoption of
behaviors — by individuals, households, and communities — for improved health
and development outcomes. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for
helping people lead healthy lives around the world.



Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in health, development,
    communications, or related fields
  • At least five years of experience developing effective partnerships
    and working with donor implementing partners and diverse stakeholders
    rolling out activities at the subnational level; health sector and
    cross-sectoral activity experience preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Work within existing regional structures to coordinate implementing
    partners in rolling out and scaling SBC activities that align with local
    and national technical priorities
  • Willingness to travel and be based outside of Kampala
  • Experience with managing budgets, M&E, and logistics highly
    preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
