About us:
Mayanja
Memorial Medical Training Institute (MTI) was established to respond to the
increasing demand for health professionals in Uganda and the region. The
products of the institute will be able to work both locally, nationally and
internationally. The institute was conceived in March 2008 and registered in
August 2008
Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
·        
Prepare
staff personal files and keep them safely.
·        
Locate
and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
·        
Maintain
scheduling and event calendars.
·        
Schedule
and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
·        
Set up
and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence
and other material.
·        
Conduct
searches to find needed information, using such sources as the internet.
·        
Coordinate
conferences and meetings.
·        
Operate
electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally
and with other institutions.
·        
Carry
out any other responsibility that may be assigned.



Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
·        
The
ideal candidate must hold Qualifications: Must have a Diploma in Secretarial
Studies with typing speed of at least 25 words per minute plus at least 2 years’
experience in a busy office environment.
·        
Must
be professional with high ethical standards.
·        
Should
have good interpersonal and communication skills.
·        
Should
be responsible and dependable with good customer care.
·        
Must
be skilled in computer applications.
