Job Summary:   The Loyalty Manager will drive customer
engagement, retention & loyalty through retention programs tailored for the
different segments of customers
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and execute loyalty programs for the different consumer
    segments in liaison with the other consumer segments     managers and the customer value
    managers
  • Develop and execute the go-to market plans for loyalty programs in
    liaison with other GTM functions
  • Identify, build and manage partnerships that drive customer
    engagement, retention and loyalty
  • Proactively monitor and track performance of the loyalty programs as
    well as impact of GTM initiatives to ensure timely intervention
  • Ensure compliance in delivery of services as it relates to
    regulatory policies, Contract obligations, and any other     policies and standards that may
    arise.
  • Management and execution of activities within allocated budget



Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The ideal candidate for the MTN Uganda Loyalty Manager job
    placement should hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT
    or Telecommunications
  • Five years of working experience in a similar or related role within
    telecom, service, travel or hospitality industry
  • Experience in FMCG, Telecom an added advantage
  • Project management training an added advantage
  • Microsoft Excel & power point
  • knowledge of Database management an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Passionate about   business
    and people
  • Self-driven   individual with
    ability to work and deliver under minimum supervision
  • Collaborative
